Two figures dressed in white robes and hoods are inside a dimly lit church or cathedral, one sitting at a wooden bench and the other standing nearby, with a lit candle on the bench and a fireplace in the background.

Byland Abbey

VR EXPERIENCE

A prototype immersive reconstruction of the medieval warming room at Byland Abbey.

Created as part of a heritage taster project, it demonstrates how virtual reality can enhance historical interpretation by combining archaeological accuracy with atmospheric storytelling.

A male character dressed in medieval-style clothing, with a hat and bows on his back, walking through tall grass in front of a large red brick fortress under a cloudy sky with some white clouds.

Hull South Blockhouse Project

VR GAME

Developed as part of Hull’s City of Culture celebrations, this project digitally recreated a lost Tudor fortification using historically accurate models and interactive gameplay.

Designed to engage audiences of all ages, the experience allowed participants to explore and imagine the history hidden beneath the city — bringing the story of Hull’s defences vividly to life.

A 3D floor plan of a recreational facility with various activity rooms, including trampolines, workout areas, and game rooms.

Gympanzees: Inclusive Spaces

INTERACTIVE 3D VISUALISATION

A pre-visualisation project for Gympanzees — a pioneering charity creating accessible play, exercise, and social spaces for disabled children and young people in Bristol.

Our work translated architectural plans into an interactive 3D model, helping stakeholders, families, and funders explore the proposed facility virtually and understand its real-world impact.

Virtual Collections & Digital Scanning

PHOTOGRAMMETRY & SCANNING

Using cutting-edge photogrammetry and 3D scanning techniques, we’ve captured real-world artefacts and architectural details to create interactive virtual collections.

These digitised objects form part of museum catalogues and immersive exhibits, preserving fragile items while allowing visitors to experience them in new and engaging ways.

Ballet dancers in tutus performing on stage under blue lighting.

Northern Ballet: At Home Immersive Experience

XR EXPERIENCE

In collaboration with XR Stories and Production Park, we helped Northern Ballet explore new ways of reaching audiences through immersive technology.

The project delivered a virtual performance experience directly into people’s homes — blending cinematic production, motion capture, and interactive design to re-imagine how dance can be experienced beyond the stage.

Inside a computer case with blue LED lighting, featuring a motherboard, a CPU cooler, and two cartoon figurines standing on camera lenses, with one resembling a human and the other a yellow, rounded dog-like creature.

Warner Bros Media - Digital Portal

XR EXPERIENCE

Working with Warner Bros Media, we developed an interactive digital portal that allowed users to engage with well-known characters including The Flash, Aquaman, and Adventure Time.

This innovative project showcased how immersive storytelling and gamified environments can create meaningful fan experiences and new forms of audience connection.

A series of fantasy sculptures of mythological creatures with horns and animal features, lined up in a row inside a room with columns and windows.

Piranesi: Proof of Concept

VR EXPERIENCE

A proof-of-concept virtual reality environment inspired by Piranesi by Susanna Clarke, exploring the novel’s sense of scale, solitude, and wonder. The project recreated the Hall of the Minotaurs — a vast imagined space filled with statues and echoing architecture — to capture the atmosphere of isolation and discovery central to the story.

Developed in Unreal Engine using assets modelled and rigged in Blender, the experience demonstrated the potential for adaptation as a cinematic, interactive, or location-based production.
